Brief Introduction of Shaanxi HANDE Axle Co., Ltd.
On March 23rd, 2003, Shaanxi HanDe Axle Co., Ltd was jointly invested and founded by Weichai Group and Shaanxi Automobile Group from its predecessor Axle Plant of Shaanxi Automobile Manufacturing Factory. It is a high & new tech enterprise with Xi’an and Baoji two plants, totally covering 320,000 square meters, over 4,100 employees, with its registered capital of USD 53 million, annually sales turnover more than USD 1.1 billion.
HANDE has been awarded as China Top 500 Machinery Enterprises and China 100 Best Auto Parts Enterprises for many years. It’s is a large & technology leading enterprise integrated with R&D, manufacturing and marketing system. A number of series of axle assy. have been in batches assembled onto China military heavy duty off-road vehicles and numerous China famous heavy duty trucks and buses.
Current main products include, 4.2T-25T steering front axles, 10T-45T hub reduction axles, 6T-13T single reduction axles, 7.5T-23T steering front drive axles, 3T-13T motor drive axles. The products totally have 102 types, covering four series as heavy & medium truck axles, motor drive axles, construction vehicle axles, bus axles. HANDE has the annual production capacity of 800,000 axles. It owns the internationally advanced test center accredited by the national laboratory accreditation committee and complete design methods, with strong development power and first-class R&D team.
On June 18th, 2007, HANDE exported its technique to India as technical license, which achieves the first technique export of China automobile assembly, and creates a new model of implementing international brand strategy for HANDE and also for China domestic automobile enterprises. This case marks the breakthrough of China automobile manufacturing industry from exporting products to exporting technique.
With the service concept of “close to market, being sincere to customers, think in other’s shoes, provide sincere service”, the 1,047 appointed truck service stations, 35 mining stations (wide body vehicle) and 45 bus service stations spreading all over the country, which have been always providing comprehensive, high efficient and warm service to customers.
